Learning from a Trojan Virus

The last few day have to be said where very interesting.All my time has been spent to get rid of a persistent virus which just did not want to go.Working with my computer trying to get rid of this pest was a learning experience in itself .

What was amazing to me it provided a software to rid of a bug on my computer which was an annoyer like a mosquito.Swat it away bang there it is again.To get rid of it.Then this well packaged Trojan shows up.With phony write ups to all intents and purposes something to be desired when you a have a few pesky virus mosquitoes bugging you.

I downloaded a software which was touted as the latest the best upgraded software to kill the Trojan Virus.(PS it Is called THINK POINT) When you see this run don't walk to you nearest real TROJAN Killer and engage it to protect you.

The think is like a persistent door to door salesman who keeps sticking his foot in the door.You stamp on it but there it is again larger than life. So you get to the point where you say."this is enough already.Then you fall for the nicely wrapped up con.It even has the Microsoft logo on the front as a sign of reliability.

Hey you say to self MICROSOFT giant killer what could be more appropriate then downloading something which looks so trustworthy. Doesn't look like a any fly by night salesman.So you invite it in.Whew what a huge mistake. the first thing which happens you run it it all looks so authentic.

Then the trouble starts a big label fills your computer screen and your off in the battle for possession of your computer.

It looks like an almost impossible task to get around the label.IT squats right over everything you can't get at it to give it the boot..

Finally by going to another computer you learn what your in for. It is the battle of the pygmy against the giant looking like the giant is going to win.I won but it took me three days to get rid of it.

What did I learn ???????????????????????????????????

1.IT WOULD TAKE NO LONGER FOR THE PRODUCER OF THE VIRUS PRODUCT TO BUILD A REAL PRODUCT THEN THE PHONY PRODUCT MADE TO LOOK REAL.

When you look the whole thing over with all the bells and whistles on the product.They might just as well have built a real product.Since in all probability it would take just as long to set up a real product versus a phony.

Dressed up to look real. It looked real a real product. It brought to mind the experience of a product called WOW. It had one of the most impressive labels for a detergent any one could design or make.I was jealous of the name since mine had the name "NO DIRT" It sold and I never had returns but WOW beat everybody.

About 7 skillfully used brilliant colors. Every store bought it go into it go to a Safe-way store there it was WOW. Filling up the shelf being sold as fast as they could carry it to the cash register.But WOW had a secret which caused the stores to have to take it back and refund the money.

Its secret was hidden behind the color full display, as the TROJAN was on my computer. The secret of a non working product.

The contents of the product in the bottle was just some diluted salt. By the time it was over a couple of guys whose brainchild it was where in trouble with the police. They thought not a problem we take the money and run. They did not get far.

GREED DRIVEN small minded guys who spent a fortune on a design like the guys doing the Trojan.Thinking we pretend its real sell a worthless product. With the design they had and the name WOW everybody bought.But one of life's stupidity practiced over and over again by greedy money suckers.

Is proffering a phony product when it does't take any longer to have a real good detergent to take the place of the Sodium chloride.They would still be in business today.Same with sellers of phony goods or e books, or anything. Quality wins out over deceit any day.

My personal philosophy has always been the make the best product but never sell cheap because when you make the best you can demand the high price. ........... more later have to go finish the killing of the TROJAN...... which is a persistent cuss.

At least I can get around on my computer again Hapy Happy -------------------------OH BYE THE WAY IF THE COPS WON'T GET THEM GOD WILL.LIFE IS LIKE A BOOMERANG THROW OUT BAD BAD WILL RETURN TO SOONER OR LATER . This will be my next subject .THE LAW OF RETURN.

These are the facts.! many people today don't have a nickel to rub together having a lousy time to create income to live.

If I was a selfish prick I would try to sell a master course of something with all sort of promises.However i have been in the time when there was no money.Seeing the hungry like swarms of birds descending on us from everywhere.Women ready to do a trade of their bodies for food.

I was 10 years at the time and am still ashamed of the manner in which some farmers in our neck of the woods traded sex for food, or gouged the poor coming flocking to every farm.While pretending to be a member of Christian faith.

Let me hasten to add not all behaved like this but many made a boatload of cash from the fur-coats, the jewelry,the gold.Selling a few potatoes and carrots to desperate people.We were a family of ten.I as the second oldest-ed was the thief the scrounger stealing from the Germans what they had stolen from us.

Until I was caught but that is another story in my book.Pleasant it wasn't but through the grace of God I survived.We had a secret we a had a garden which was surrounded with bramble bushes planted with a hedge all around.

Looking like it was just a a bunch of thorn bushes.We also had a huge root cellar where the produce we grew year around was stored.Cleaned up by me and my mother.I have to say you haven't lived until you have to clean slimy cabbage and sort the rotten potatoes from the good ones.It was the price we paid for eating well for five years.

I have written a book about this which is not yet in the stage of being ready for publication."How to live 5 years without money!" surviving and feeding more than ten people. any one who thinks live is easy has never experienced the pangs of hunger.My perspective which is both one of faith as a Christian.With the other as a scientist.The first solution in an economic down turn is find a source for food.

PEOPLE NEED TO BECOME PRACTICAL AGAIN.

In a time of economic uncertainty people need to return to cottage style living.As a first start a garden to grow their own food. Turning their lawns into gardens making deals with neighbors creating their own food growing co-op sharing the food.We did for five years no one who came was sent away empty. My family gave it away to those in need we never had to beg for food because. My mother was the kind of person who always trusted in the living God to be our supply. My father was picked up and spent his time in one of Herr Hitlers camps.

So it was up to me from the time I was eight years old to get what we could.I watched my Uncle John when people from Amsterdam arrived pushing a baby buggy. To get food for the family back at home. Uncle John was offered all sorts of Jewelry and diamond baubles. He took none he was embarrassed by the people for they wanted to pay.

Finally he said pay me this much and he used a prewar price for the food stuffs.He could have sold golden potatoes,diamond encrusted cabbage,and silver carrots.People where hungry ate tulip bulbs or anything else they could lay there hands on.

Willing to part with anything they had including their bodies for the purchase of food to live. I know it is't this bad for many but right now there are people who go to bed hungry for they cannot afford to purchase food.

My lifetime personal philosophy was shaped by the Christian faith display by my mother and my uncles.PEOPLE IT IS TIME TO RETURN TO THE AGES PAST WHEN EVERYONE HAD A GARDEN TO GROW THEIR OWN FOOD. I WILL GIVE YOU A SEER'S VIEW OF WHAT IS COMING.

The four horse men of the Apocalypse are saddling their horses.Hunger is across the horizon as the population increases and the fuel prices will shoot up to the sky.This black trail with the center of white strips is the tenuous supply line of the future.Where trucks deliver your food supplies. Maybe this post is not about making money but it is about your food for the future.

Lesson learned about one man's way of making money

Some years ago a gentleman came driving in to my plant yard.Walking in he introduced himself.He was a person from an another country.He spoke to one of the office staff.who took him to my office.

He told me he needed help in a business deal to get back some of his money.I said o.k what can I do to help he told me.My new friend spoke some very bad English.

So off I went with him to see the people who owed him the money.He was owed 10,000 dollars.I presented his case for him.With the mention of some legal talent which would be there next to present them with some not so pleasant legal remedies.

Got him back some of the money with a promise from the people with they would pay the rest the next week.He was very happy said you know your the only white man who took the time to listen to me and went with me. I told him not a problem after all we should help each other.We became friends.

Because I had helped him without strings he introduced me to his circle of friends who where influential business men.He recommended my chemicals to very one he could.Telling one and all Bill is my friend when I needed help he did not hesitate.He helped me

After I had helped him get his money back he became a regular customer for my product.He said to me I went to three businesses to ask some one for help your the only one who was kind and caring enough to go with me.

Having spent a lot of time in the chemical manufacturing business over the last 40 some years.This was my approach.

Today's economic situation forces any one to look for an edge in the market place to fill with there products.I have done the same thing.
